You have the right to request the cessation of processing of your personal data, and EuropAI will promptly cease processing. If this is not possible, we will explain why we cannot cease processing your data.

You have the right to request the restriction of processing, and EuropAI will promptly restrict the processing of your data. If this is not possible, we will explain why we cannot restrict the processing of your data.

You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another entity, and EuropAI will promptly transfer the data. However, in some cases, due to documented obligations of EuropAI, we may not be able to comply with your request.

EuropAI, with full respect for your rights, will make efforts to respond to your request within thirty (30) days from submission. EuropAI will, in any case, contact you regarding the extension of the deadline within thirty (30) days. Exercising your rights will not incur any cost. However, if your requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we have the right to impose a reasonable fee or refuse to respond to your requests.
